In the Articles of Confederation, there were no provender made for branches of governing body. No administrator branch to compel the laws of the land o r a discriminative branch lordly a interior(a) court carcass which should interpret the laws of the land. The Articles provided made provisions for a legislature, the repair organ of the national government which was similar to the British syndicate of lords, though the British were able to define within the augury of lords the branches previously mentioned crimson though they were all under the same umbrella .
